Monthly Favourites | September

Hi guys!

It’s that glorious time of month where I discuss all the things that I’ve been loving in the month just gone 🙂 I genuinely can’t believe how quickly this year is going, but I CANNOT wait for that perfect moment where the leaves fall and turn those beautiful shades of burnt oranges, rusty browns and dusky reds – CANNOT CONTAIN THE EXCITEMENT!

1) Aloe Lips. I have actually written a blog post about this particular product before so I have linked it in case you guys wanted some more information about it, but I just had to include it in this Favourites post because it was just incredible. I took it with me on holiday and it was just the perfect thing to have in my beach bag as it always felt so lovely to put on my lips when I was in the sun and it’s also such a handy size and always smells amazing. I cannot praise this product enough to be honest! I’ve also linked my online shop below in case any of you want to purchase this product for yourselves 🙂

2) Nails: Ahhhh these beautiful claws. Let’s just all take a moment to appreciate their beauty. I got these nails done for my recent holiday and I just fell in love with them as soon as I got them done. I know I said I hated acrylics (which hasn’t changed), but I wanted something special for my holiday and I loved the colour. I cannot for the life of me remember what this shade was called, so if you know what this one looks like or you have a dupe then do let me know! About two weeks after I got them done, I was so frustrated with them because I couldn’t type or even open some of my drawers :/ so I have since cut them all down, but needless to say I was in love. I may get them done again in the future, but definitely a teeny bit shorter so that I can actually do everyday things!

3) Maybellines Nudes Palette: If you know me, you’ll know that I’m not the most make-up obsessed person out there, in fact sometimes I just don’t have the patience for it! But I love how easy this palette makes it for me to do a smokey eye or a beautiful goldy-bronze, and the colours are perfect for the upcoming Autumn / Winter months! There are so many lovely combos you can do and they also give you some ideas on the back of the palette. All in all: super easy and affordable!

4) Empire: I am obsessed. I’m so glad that season 2 is here because I loved the whole of season 1! For those of you who haven’t seen it, I don’t want to spoil it for you, but let me break it down for you; Lucious Lyon owns a hip hop music and entertainment company and after being diagnosed with a fatal illness, he has to decide which of his 3 sons to leave his company to. It’s so addictive and I love the way Cookie speaks – you’ll know what I mean once you’ve seen it!

5) Primark candle: I have definitely featured this in a previous haul or favourites post, but I am so in love with this candle. It’s finally the right season for me to burn candles without anyone complaining haha. This smells so nice, like a beautiful wintery scent and I still can’t believe that it cost me less than a pound. IT COST 80P!!! It’s also lasted for such a long time, I burn it for hours at a time and I bought it last year, which just proves that sometimes big names are not always better than good old trusty Primark. Love ittttt.

So those were all the things that I’d been loving in the month of September. Do comment below and let me know what you were loving this month, because well, I’m just nosey LOL.

As always, thanks for reading!
