It’s no secret that I am a candle lover. I love that warmth and lovely scent that a burning candle gives off, and there isn’t a room in my house that doesn’t have a candle living in it.

However, with flowers I’m not completely there yet. I can definitely see the appeal, but I get annoyed when the flowers die quickly, and I feel like there is a lot of faff getting them in a vase and looking great in the first place!

My Mum is a huge fan though, so when Prestige Flowers* got in touch and asked me if I wanted to review a Valentine’s Day bouquet, I couldn’t resist getting a ‘lil treat for the most important woman in my life.

I was so impressed with how quickly the flowers arrived and it’s so helpful for Valentine’s Day! The actual flowers were stunning, they were 12 red roses with rose-gold ruscus (every bloggers’ dream am I right?!), and lot’s of green foliage that would look incredible in anyone’s front room, no matter the decor.

My flowers also arrived with a box of chocolates (I’m trying to eat better, but even I couldn’t resist these!), and an adorable little teddy bear called Harry. How bloody cute! I think that this would make a perfect little Valentine’s Day surprise.

What do you think of these flowers? Will you be sending flowers this Valentine’s Day?

This is such a cute gift for the Valentine’s Day. I love flowers a lot. But it makes me sad when they dry. I take good care of them and make it last the longest. Loved all your pictures. 🙂

The flowers are beautiful! I’m like you, in that I prefer candles over flowers, but I can’t deny these would look gorgeous in my flat!
Plus Harry the teddy is beautiful!
