Kiss Air Autumn & Christmas Candle Haul + GIVEAWAY!

Oh em gee. Where do I even begin with these gorgeous candles?! As I’ve mentioned before and probably like every other blogger, I am OBSESSED with candles right now. There is something so magical about coming home from the cold and lighting a candle; within minutes you feel so cosy and warm, and it just makes your whole room or house smells incredible.

I ordered my first batch of candles from Kiss Air Candles a few weeks ago because I wanted some Autumnal scents to burn in my room. It was fairly difficult to choose which ones to pick because it’s hard to judge a smell through a laptop screen (when are they going to invent that btw?!). But I think I picked fairly well because I liked the scent of all of the ones I chose! Also can we talk about how cute the packaging is? Their heart and bow packaging is so adorable and I love their different colours. Step over glass jars, and welcome coloured tins!

For my first shop I bought the following:

Autumn Sunshine“A decedent creamy indulgent scent with top notes of caramelised amber and honeyed sweet white musks. Softly spiced pink peppercorns and a gentle wisp of geranium stems lead into a base of warm patchouli and buttery Madagascan vanilla pods to complete this scent making it the perfect autumn candle.”

Probably my favourite out of the bunch. It has such a musky scent and is very fresh smelling.

Gentleman’s Club – “Walk into the Gentleman’s Club and smell the money, status and masculinity wrapped in an aromatic blend of bergamot with fresh lemon zest spritzing a heart of velvety cognac essences and rich, spiced tobacco leaves.”

I bought this on the basis that it smelled like a guy, and you all know how much I love candles that smell like men. Lol I’m so weird. It didn’t smell how I thought it would smell, but I still really like it.

Blueberry Cheesecake –  Our Blueberry Cheesecake candle has a a delicious scent and easy to see why it’s a bestseller! It’s the aroma of fresh, tart blueberries on a creamy vanilla cheesecake biscuit base…told you, delicious!”

I was pleasantly surprised by the scent of this candle, it doesn’t smell so sweet but very fruity and actually like you could eat it, which is never bad!

Toffee Apple – “Our Toffee Apple candle is the aroma of a granny smith apple smothered with creamy, buttery caramel and dipped in crunchy toffee chips. Delicious!”

I’ll be honest, I didn’t like the smell of this candle at first as I thought this smelled too sweet, almost sickly. However, this was the first candle that I burned and I really like how my room smelled afterwards! Definitely one for the sweet candle lovers.

Toasted MarshmallowOur Toasted Marshmallow candle has the delicious aroma of sweet marshmallows toasted over a campfire…gooey and gorgeous!”

Even though this candle was also sweet, it wasn’t as sickly and it reminded me of being outdoors and it has a really nice cosy scent. One of the other great things about this candle is that £1 goes to the animal charity, Wood Green.

As I started enjoying these beautiful candles, Kiss Air went and brought our their Christmas candle range and basically my bank account had a heart attack and went mad. So I bought all 5 of the new Christmas candle range, and I don’t regret a moment of it. They also included a couple of chocolate Santa’s, which was such a cute touch! Don’t expect any pics of the chocolate – long gone!

The second batch consisted of:

Mulberry Spice – “It has refreshing top notes of zesty bitter orange peel and lemon, middle notes of warm wild mulberries, with base notes of freshly ground cinnamon bark and nutmeg.”

I really liked this one, it smelled quite sweet but not overly sweet and also fruity, with a hint of spice. (Check the end of this post for a chance to win this candle – eeeeek!)

Chocolate Orange “It has a delicious sweet fragrance combining milk chocolate and sweet orange notes – just like the famous chocolate.”

Definitely my favourite out of the bunch, it smelled exactly like someone melted a Terry’s Chocolate Orange, and that is one of my favourite chocolates around this time of year! YUM

Cranberry Orange Our Cranberry & Orange christmas candle is an uplifting festive blend of citrus notes of orange, satsuma, yuzu, and tangerine; followed by notes of cranberry, peach, and hints of spice. ”

This smelled really lovely and fruity, it reminded me of a lovely smelling shower gel! I really wanted to lick this one. I promise I’m not a crazy candle lady.

Christmas Tree – “If you love the smell of a real Christmas tree then you’ll love this candles with its authentic aroma of pine trees with a hint of sweet mountain air.”

This was one candle that I was most looking forward to having a sniff of (lols), but it smelled so lovely and fresh that it was definitely one of my favourite scents. I love the smell of Christmas trees, there is something about their fresh and woody smell that scream Christmas and this captured it completely.

Gingerbread “It has a delicious scent of freshly baked gingerbread with hints of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and of course, ginger that will remind you of Grandma’s kitchen on Christmas Eve.”

A definite one for the kitchen, this smells exactly how you would imagine it would smell. I just love gingerbread smells anyways, it smells like you’re baking in the kitchen and has hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. There is nothing I don’t love about that!

I loved these candles so much that I wanted to give my readers a chance to win a candle so the lovelies at Kiss Air Candles are giving you guys a chance to win a Mulberry Spice candle from their Christmas collection!
